How to Use Acronyms in Your Campaign. Because You're a BFD.

Calling All Coaches and Consultants Trying to Launch a Campaign in 2022....

....and in desperate need of a way to make it sound VASTLY more interesting.

Use Acronyms!

They make EVERYTHING more fun.

Weave them into your post, your message, your curriculum, your pig roast, or your rambling voicemail message.....do people even leave VMs anymore?

...and you're guaranteed to make people giggle and listen up.

Here are some I've used throughout life:

VA: Virtual Amazeball (so much better than assistant!)

BKBJ: Boot Kicking Brand Journey (this is my service!)

NFLB Tour: No Fiance Left Behind Tour (the time I flew from the Peace Corps in Bulgaria to meet the partners and attend the weddings of 3 different friends)

EES: Extreme Expert Syndrome (directly from LinkedIn Expert @ellen melko moore)

MOO: Master of the Obvious (stuff that either everybody is already saying or makes people feel like you think they're idiots--best pronounced with the sound a cow makes)

ROC: Rush Of Certainty (that feeling you get when you're nailing it, reminds me of you @cindy skalicky

TBNT: Thanks But No Thanks (a snarky addition to conversation, should be expressed like: "Sugar-free cupcakes, TBNT, Thanks But No Thanks)

SCAT: Self Contained Arctic Train (Something my Dad helped me come up with for school project in 6th grade)

Heres' a Three Step Process to a Killer Acronym

1. Find a four letter words that rolls well off the tongue. STAR....POOF....RISE all work well.

2. Figure out your general message.

3. Find synonyms that work with the letters in the four-letter word.

Call me if you need help.

P.S. You're a BFD. Below please tell me your very favorite acronym.
