Stuck in a Business Riptide? How to Stop Fighting and Start Flowing

My husband swims in the open water here in Costa Rica.

He checks the tide charts in the morning. He uses words like "riptide" and "super swell." Yes, he's a good swimmer, but come on....my husband is brave.

In the beginning, every time, he went I would fear him never coming back...

The panic.

The tragedy.

Never finding his body.

Moving back without him.

I mean: Where does he put the compost anyway?

*****At least it would be a good story.******

But here's what I've learned from him:

When you feel a riptide (i.e.: your body being pulled in 15 directions by currents), as long as you remain calm and don't panic, and just stop with the $%$&ing temper tantrums and freak outs.......

.....you'll simply float away from the riptide

......toward the horizon

.......where perspective lives.

Then you can safely swim back to shore.

So think for a minute.......what BUSINESS RIPTIDE has you panicked?

--Email readership?

--Cash flow?

--Marketing?

--Resource costs?

--Sales calls?

What are you fighting?

What could you get curious about?

What's the lesson?

How can you flow instead of fight?

How can you surrender to the perspective of the greater horizon?

I'm in the business of transformation.

Is it time?
